- 3 pcs Zucchini
- 6 pcs Celery
- 2 pcs Carrots
- 3 pcs Potatoes
- 1 pcs Onion Silver
- 1 pcs Leek Small (Purjo)
- Stock or broth
- Olive oil
- Salt To your liking
- Pepper Black, to your liking
Chop all vegetables into pieces
Add some olive oil in the pot
Add all vegetables to the pot
Add some olive oil on top of the vegetables
Put the pot on the stove and heat it up
Stir the vegetables once in a while so they all get heated some
Cover the vegetables with stock
Cook gently for 45 minutes with lid on
Mix the vegetables and add some water if too concentrated.
