Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Zucchini
  • 6 pcs Celery
  • 2 pcs Carrots
  • 3 pcs Potatoes
  • 1 pcs Onion Silver
  • 1 pcs Leek Small (Purjo)
  • Stock or broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt To your liking
  • Pepper Black, to your liking

Instructions

  • Chop all vegetables into pieces
  • Add some olive oil in the pot
  • Add all vegetables to the pot
  • Add some olive oil on top of the vegetables
  • Put the pot on the stove and heat it up
  • Stir the vegetables once in a while so they all get heated some
  • Cover the vegetables with stock
  • Cook gently for 45 minutes with lid on
  • Mix the vegetables and add some water if too concentrated.
