Soup
Use the broth, after cooking meat, into a soup.
Equipment
- 1 Pot
- 1 Mixer Handheld
Ingredients
- 3 pcs Zucchini
- 6 pcs Celery
- 2 pcs Carrots
- 3 pcs Potatoes
- 1 pcs Onion Silver
- 1 pcs Leek Small (Purjo)
- Stock or broth
- Olive oil
- Salt To your liking
- Pepper Black, to your liking
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into pieces
- Add some olive oil in the pot
- Add all vegetables to the pot
- Add some olive oil on top of the vegetables
- Put the pot on the stove and heat it up
- Stir the vegetables once in a while so they all get heated some
- Cover the vegetables with stock
- Cook gently for 45 minutes with lid on
- Mix the vegetables and add some water if too concentrated.
